Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases and confident when making an order.  We do everything we can to ensure that accurate information is provided on our website and that orders are despatched in perfect condition. But mistakes do happen and customers can change their mind.

We have designed our Returns Policy to reflect this...

What is your policy?

We ask that returns are started within 30 days of the arrival of your order.

If there is a problem with your order, damage, the wrong item, miscutting, we will cover the cost of return and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

If you simply change your mind, you will need to cover the cost of return, but we will refund the item in full, as long as it is returned in its original state.

How do I make a return?

Start by contacting us using the online contact us form.  In addition to explaining the reason for the return, it will speed up the process if you can include:

  • your order number.

  • If the return is due to damage, miscutting or a wrong item being sent, it can speed things up if you can include a picture of the problem.

  • your preferred action – replacement, refund or something else.

 

PLEASE DO NOT return the item without contacting us first.  The method of return will depend on the size and value of the order, and nature of the problem.  If you send your items back before contacting us we cannot guarantee that any postage costs will be covered.

When will you send my replacement?

Within 48 hours of receiving your return we will email you to confirm receipt, and providing the goods are as agreed when the return was started, your replacement order will be shipped within 24 hours (confirmed with another email). 

When will I receive my refund?

Within 48 hours of receiving your return we will email you to confirm receipt, and providing the goods are as agreed when the return was started, your refund will be processed within another 48 hours (confirmed with another email).

Refunds can then take upto 5 working days to appear on your statement.

If you ordered using a gift voucher or credit note your refund will be made back to your store credit account (viewable on your account page).  

Will being overseas change anything?

No, the same rules apply.
