27" of 1/4" elastic (70cm x 5mm).
12" (30cm) black hat elastic.
2" x 5" (5cm x 13cm) vinyl or felt for mask.
2 x 0.5" (12mm) buttons for arms.
1 x 0.5" (12mm) button for cape.
