8" (20cm) Squares x 40 Pieces - Blacks and Shades of Grey Theme
Our 8" Squares Packs are a great way to get sewing for less!
All the fabrics included are shown in the image and follow a theme, in this case, fabrics with black or shades of grey including silvers and greys at the green and purple ends of the spectrum, as a main theme.
All the fabrics used in these packs are from the same great range of design houses as we stock in the rest of the store and are 100% cotton.
Each pack includes 40 x 8" (20cm) squares of fabric, with the edges of the squares pinked (zig zag cut).

Medium weight, also known as quilting weight.
Suitable for a range of projects including quilting, curtains and blinds, bags, cushions and other home decor projects and children's clothing.
Why Pinked Edges?

The pinked edges help with lining up squares for accurate sewing.
- The pinked edges are a few mms deep and so don't affect seam allowances, just line up the fabrics on your sewing machine using the points of the zig zag and as long as your using a seam allowance of at least 6mm (1/4") the pinked parts of the fabric will be hidden in the seam allowance - there is no impact on the finished square size (measured when the squares are sewn together).
- Pinking reduces bulk in the seams.
- Pinking stops the fabric unravelling along the edges.
